Following on from our appearance on BBC Radio Humberside earlier this month, and our blog post on Hull’s music history, here’s our Hull Mixtape. Made up of a mix of songs, artists, and musical places shared with us through our oral history interviews, workshops, and on social media. Some are artists ‘from’ Hull, some relate to stories we’ve been told over the last nine months, and some are songs people told us remind them of the city.

Our Hull Mixtape is only a tiny insight into the rich music history of the city, and the songs, people, and places that our participants have told us are meaningful to them.
